Graphic Design in Context

Week 4  (12/05/2021)

This week I showed 12 of my sketches and we chose to go with 2 of the sketch/design. The slogans of the 2 are "Protect us, not shoot us" and "Protect and serve, not attack and shoot". (the 2 sketches on the right in the image)

In the "Protect us, not shoot us" one, the placement of the face would be flipped to have the face facing the gun instead of the current sketch. I will have to play around with the placement of the "Protect us" text as I was told it looked too forced and cramped.

For the second sketch (bottom right), I would have to switch the word placement of "Shoot and attack" as the supposed slogan was supposed to be "Attack and shoot" instead.

 

The next step would be to digitalize the two and play around with the colors and some of the typography styles, and lastly finalize it.
